Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- The product is in its original packaging
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance sales
- Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”
- Select the order and click “Return Item”
- Choose the reason for return and submit the request
- Our team will review and approve your return within 24-48 hours
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier partner for pickup
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (provide details during return request)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@indigo-cheetah-104518.hostingersite.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.
